Thank you for your interest in a donation from Waterloo Adventures! Please complete all required fields to be considered for a donation to your Charity or Fundraising Event. We are able to donate Gift Card tickets to our Adventure.

All requests must be submitted on this form 4 weeks prior to the date required. Your request will certainly be considered, but please understand that it may not be approved.

Please note that Donations will not be considered in our off season from December 1st - March 1st.
