All positions will start out as part time. Employees can expect to get at least 15-20 hours per week most weeks. Season opening hiring begins in March. Training begins in April. Our seasons operate from early May - Early October.

BOAT DRIVER

Responsible for transporting participants and staff safely across Lake Travis to and from the water park course and beach area.

Responsible for transporting participants and staff safely across Lake Travis to and from the Adventure Island course and beach area. Drivers must be personable and have good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively on two way radios. A commitment to safety and cleanliness is a must. Additional duties include some maintenance and cleaning of vehicles. Training will be provided. Boat driving course is required.

Must be willing to work on a flex schedule including weekends

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Customer Service Specialist are our front-line for all customers, whether it is on the telephone or when they arrive on-site.

Customer Service Specialist are our front-line for all customers, whether it is on the telephone or when they arrive on-site. Each are responsible for greeting customers, check participants in and preparing them for their tour, assisting with retail sales, answering customer inquiries, taking online and over-the-phone reservations, and preparing daily reports. Applicants must be personable and have strong customer service orientation. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with computer experience, are a must. Applicants must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and be capable of learning new software applications. Training will be provided.

Must be willing to work on a flex schedule including weekends. Minimum, 16 years of age.

LIFE GURARD

Responsibilities include....

• Supervises swimming activities at the facility and ensures that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed. • Warns swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforces regulations and water safety policies. • Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary. • Evaluates conditions for safety and initiates emergency action plan as required. • Inspects facilities, equipment, and water to ensure that they are safe and usable. • Supervises and assists in cleaning the facilities and equipment. .

Minimum, 18 years of age. Must be willing to work on a flex schedule including weekends.
